Mr. Tarantino's extensive experience in the medical products field has covered multiple sectors including devices, implantables, biologics as well as molecular laboratory products and services. He built his medical device company from inception to gross revenues of $100 Million. His vision and strategic direction were responsible for the company's explosive annual triple digit growth. He has proven that he is a reliable, astute, consistent and results-driven leader and will bring the same energy and intensity to growing PSLS and fully supporting our physician partners.

Walter A. Marting, is a Founder, Member of the Board of Managers, and Chief Operating Officer of Physicians Specialty Laboratory Systems , LLC. He previously served as a Senior Advisor to the Beijing-based merchant banking firm, JFP Holdings, Ltd. Mr. Marting is the Founder of M and M Advisors, Inc., a privately held investment banking and financial advisory firm focusing on early-stage companies in Nevada and California. Prior to that he was a principal at the investment banking firm of L.J. Kaufman and Co. in Los Angeles leading the group’s efforts in financing for aviation equipment systems and aerospace firms, as well as mental health care facilities. Mr. Marting began his career in the mining industry, holding senior management positions, both in the United States and in Europe, at Amax, Inc. where he served as Chief Administrative Officer for Amax Europe. He received a bachelor’s degree from Yale University in 1969 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1975, and served in the US Navy with SEAL Team 2 from 1970 to 1973.

Nino Pedrini and Bob Baratta have over 45 years of diverse industry experience, with proven accomplishments in formulating
the vhe vision and structure of successful companies. They are also Owners, Chief Operating Officers and Managing Partners who have been recognized as a result in oriented leaders and for their entrepreneurial vision and spirit. 

Prior to forming PSLS, Bob and Nino, who lead the Capstone Group of Companies, were affiliated with Duncanson & Holt, a New York-based reinsurance managing underwriting firm, that specialized in life, accident/health, property/casualty, marine and aviation.

They both have proven records of accomplishments in formulating management strategies and objectives specific to managing underwriting, overall administration and reinsurance risk pool management . Throughout their careers they have managed over 74 physician practices through their Well Health Las Vegas-based MSO; formed the first self-funded Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) health programs; built a national managing general underwriting firm managing over $100 million of premium revenue; created the first long-term care specialty company with products for entry-level carriers and providers; and, managed over $500 million dollars of long-term care premiums.
